STAGING

I’m now adding staging to my offerings, so please call me before you list and let’s combine staging and listing your home.  I’ve noticed that Sellers will call me to list their homes and are ready to sell, but their home isn’t ready.  It’s not the end of the world and many times there a subtle changes Sellers can make and be on the market in no time.  My goal is to help simplify the process of getting your home market ready.  Additionally, many staging companies charge hundreds of dollars for a consultation and for staging.  My goal is to carry over the “flat fee” model to staging.  I charge a nominal fee for a walk through and follow-up staging session.  After these 2 sessions, you should be showing ready.

The key is to make your home appealing to a wide audience in order to sell your home quickly.  There is no need to buy anything new, it’s all about placement.

Buyers are very selective when it comes to buying a home, and want to feel  they are truly getting the best house at the best price. One way to accomplish this is by making use of "home staging."  Prior to listing, I will come to your home and do a walk through, tour your home from a Buyers perspective.  Proper home staging is the key to increasing your profits and shortening your sales cycle.  Staging can help improve the flow of the floor plan, achieve the right balance and modernize the feel of a room.

1st consultation: $100, walk through, staging proposal, checklist
2nd consultation: $100, should be combined with listing the home
